The outdoor jacuzzi and lush garden provided the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the road leading up can be a bit bumpy, but it’s totally worth it! 🌺

Just a suitable option for strolling around in Munnar with good value considering price it charged. The rooms seem much nicer on the pictures but did not meet expectations. Tip, Look for better accommodations in the area for a nicer experience.

The stunning view from the pool area stands out as a memorable highlight, complemented by the clean and modern property that offers great value. However, the dining was underwhelming, as breakfast options were just okay, and staff service was average—lacking that extra touch of attentiveness. While the restaurant's atmosphere was appealing, it fell short in quality during my three-night stay.

The serene atmosphere at Elephant Passage was truly enchanting. I loved the spacious rooms with large windows that offered breathtaking views of the mist-covered hills. The pathways were accessible, making it easy for seniors like myself to explore the lush surroundings.
More seating options near the dining area would help.

missingWrote a review on 25 Marfriendly staffdelicious foodstunning viewsnoisy neighborspoor signageinconsistent hot water
We stayed in the Valley View Jacuzzi Cottage and absolutely loved the stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome right from the start. The restaurant served delicious food, with local dishes that were thoughtfully explained by the helpful staff, especially Lung. The daily tea time with local treats was a charming touch. The games room was a fun addition, providing entertainment. The outside pool looked lovely, though we didn’t get a chance to swim. However, there were a few hiccups. Finding the resort was tricky due to poor signage. Our cottage walls weren’t soundproof. noisy neighbors disrupted our peace. Hot water availability was inconsistent, leading to some chilly showers in the morning. These issues were inconvenient, but they did not overshadow our enjoyment of the stay.
